Out of Town
We have stayed in "The Ship and Bell" at Hordean, where we tasted the
very excellent and very strong "Portsmouth 800" (a celebration ale for
800 years of the port), as well as three other favourites (inlcuding
HSB). We often stay "The Bridport Arms Hotel" for favourites like
Palmers' "Bridport Bitter".
Beer in Brussels and Belgian Beer
- Michel Colin says....
- The next time, you can try other pubs like 'la becasse' or 'Moeder
Lambic' [they have really a lot of draft beers (normal and strange
ones)]
- Another interesting place to go is 'Goupil le Fol'. The atmosphere is
very special. It's not the right place to drink beer but it's the best
place to drink very special wine (wine with various fruits flavour)
Recursion begins at home... and "Gordon Joly Lives Next Door"
