Caller:
"Hello, is that reception, London Weekend Television?"
Security:
"No, this is security, reception has gone off duty, sir."
Caller:
"Oh I see....(err) I am supposed to meet somebody in reception, and I wanted to know if they were there waiting..."
Security:
"What is the name of the person you are supposed to meet?"
Caller:
"Haile Selassie"
Security:
"Hallie...."
Caller:
"...Selassie"
Security:
"Is there a Haile Selassie here? ...no"
Caller:
Could you possibly... if he does... he will come in very shortly; would you tell him that Marcus Garvey phoned?
Security:
"Uh huh..."
Caller:
"And that I will meet him, well it's, ...in Babylon and Ting?"
Security:
"When Marcus comes in... right?"
Caller:
"Yeah".
Security:
"And you are supposed to be waiting for him to come in..."
Caller:
"Is that Haile Selassie?"
Security:
"No, it wasn't him, it was a cab"
Caller:
"He's a black gentleman"
Security:
"But he when he comes in... you're gonna meet him at... where was it? I'll make a note of this...."
Caller:
"Babylon and Ting"
Security:
"Ba-by-lon and Ting"
Caller:
"That's it"
Security:
"Right you are!"
Caller:
"Thank you! God Bless You."
